“What happened in Vegas during January is impacting the consumer’s world, and bankers need to take notice,” says Beyond the Bank blogger Dan Fisher in the introduction to his CES video reports. Covering highlights from the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show, Fisher reports on six innovations in the two videos below. Included are a facial recognition mobile logon capability, Cisco’s “internet of everything” strategic view, an indoor navigation app, eye-tracking technology, and the iRobot. Fisher’s voice-overs suggest possible bank applications.
