Pamela K. Kilday is executive vice-president and head of operations for SunTrust Banks, Inc. She is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of operations in SunTrust’s ongoing efforts to improve client experience, growth, and innovation. Throughout her 30-year career, Kilday has held a variety of leadership positions for Continental Bank of Illinois, Bank of America, and Wachovia.

Kilday has been with SunTrust for 14 years where she has held several technology and operations leadership roles. Previous roles include SunTrust’s Wholesale Operations Executive, Technology Relationship Executive (Wholesale), Head of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (STRH) as well as their Chief Operations Officer. Prior to her role as STRH COO, Kilday served as their Chief Information Officer where she developed the technology vision and led the delivery of technology solutions to the investment banking and capital markets business.
