People move round up: John Marshall Bank hires banking manager to boost SBA lending
Pinnacle Bank and Arvest Bank also make senior hires

John Marshall Bank has hired Graziella Brenneman as assistant vice president, business banking manager in a bid to boost its Small Business Administration (SBA) lending capabilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Brenneman was a commercial banking relationship manager at Arlington Community Federal Credit Union. She has also held roles at Capital One, Bank of America and TD Bank.
Parent company of Bank of George, GBank Financial Holdings, has named George D Andreaus as its senior vice president, national sales manager for the bank.
He will report to Nancy M DeCou, chief SBA officer at Bank of George. Prior to joining the firm, Andreaus held a several roles at Evolve Bank and Trust.
Meanwhile, Pinnacle Bank has appointed Kelly Davies as its senior relationship manager.
She joins from Boston Private Bank, a division of Silicon Valley Bank, where she was senior relationship manager in specialty banking.
Paul Happach has joined Santa Cruz County Bank as product and digital transformation manager, responsible for program and project management and product development.
In his most recent role, Happach was program management director at Pacific Mercantile Bank.
Finally, Arvest Bank has confirmed that Laura Merling has joined the firm to lead its transformation strategy.
She comes to the firm from Google Cloud where she was chief transformation officer and will focus on the bank’s adoption of a next generation banking platform, as well as building on its capabilities in digital payments and services.
